Urban Waste Management Optimizer

Developed a waste management application adopted across a 52-household residential community to improve waste segregation, collection tracking, and reporting.

The Problem

Residents and administrators needed better visibility into collection schedules, segregation and missed collections.

What I Did

Developed the platform and piloted it at Sagar Darshan Cooperative Housing Society. Residents could check schedules, record waste segregation and report missed collections; administrators could view collection operations.

What I Learned

This project connects practical technology with everyday community needs. A fuller personal reflection will be added by Emaad.

Impact

Adopted across Sagar Darshan Cooperative Housing Society, a 52-household residential community.
